Goudappel is 100% employee-owned. This makes us financially independent and fully committed to objective, evidence-based advice.
Our management team and Supervisory Board consist of professionals with extensive experience across the mobility field.
Partnerships
Mobility challenges differ from place to place, yet many underlying questions are shared: how do we improve accessibility? How do we meet climate goals while maintaining liveable cities?
That is why we collaborate with a strong international network of trusted local partners. By combining our Dutch mobility expertise with the contextual knowledge of local professionals, we ensure solutions that are not only technically sound, but also culturally, socially, and institutionally embedded.
Innovation
Rooted in the Dutch economy, innovation is in our DNA. Each year, we invest at least 5% of our annual turnover in research and development. We develop reliable data sources, smart software and advanced transport models that unlock, analyse and visualise mobility data.
These innovations help policymakers and traffic professionals to better understand the impact of measures and underpin decisions. We actively share our knowledge through our international network, research collaborations and conferences, contributing to the global development of the mobility field.
Social responsibility
Our mission is to contribute to a sustainable society in which everyone can move around comfortably. We therefore set ambitious sustainability targets for our own organisations. For example, none of our colleagues drives a company lease car.
Beyond our daily work, we actively contribute to sustainable mobility in other parts of the world. Through the Iganga Foundation, we exchange mobility knowledge and support local projects that improve mobility in the Global South.
