At Goudappel, as of 2026, our terms and conditions will be based on The New Conditions 2025 (De Nieuwe Regeling): legal relationship client - architect, engineer and consultant' (Dutch version). Until the end of 2025, our terms and conditions are based on 'De Nieuwe Regeling 2011: legal relationship client - architect, engineer and consultant' (first revision, July 2013).
