Kasper Kerkman
traffic forecasting consultant
Traffic models are a valuable tool for estimating the expected mobility impacts of infrastructure projects, spatial developments, and policy measures.
After completing my degree in Architecture and Building Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology, I earned a PhD at Radboud University with research focused on the optimal alignment between public transport networks and spatial development patterns. During this research, my ambition to contribute to the development of a sustainable mobility system for the future continued to grow.
Today, I apply my technical and academic background as a Traffic Forecasting Consultant at Goudappel, where I work on the development and application of strategic traffic models. In my work, I continuously seek the balance between innovative and creative solutions on the one hand, and practical, results-oriented applicability on the other. I believe it is important to provide independent and unbiased advice based on model outcomes, with quality and reliability as core values.
